Quality control

Retamar Santa Matilde is the company behind the project. Retamar Santa Matilde is a Spanish enterprise, owned by a Danish investment group. The construction is provided by the Spanish contractor Avante. The quality control of the construction is made each day by the British/Australian engineering company Bovis Lend Lease.

Retamar Santa Matilde is a unique and private development close to Benalmádena. 22 luxury villas are currently under construction in the most spectacular part of the area. The unique location permits a 180 degrees view over the coast and the Mediterranean Sea. Better views are hard to find even

Every house has between 286-330 m2 and 3–5 bedrooms. The architecture is inspired by a Scandinavian style with clean, minimalist lines, big windows and a touch of the Andalusian construction style. The interior of the house is elegant and functional, and all the materials used are of the best quality.

The kitchen and the bathroom are designed individually according to the client’s needs. The household appliances come from Gaggenau, the electrical fittings from Dornbracht, the natural stone for the bathrooms from Tino and the sanitary ware from Villeroy%26 Boch.
